Food journal

Ok - today's menu was...

Breakfast -- weetabix with milo
Lunch -- Soya bean, salad and tau fu far
Dinner -- savoury oats.
Snacks -- I had another packaged soya during tea time

What was great - saying no to any of the stuff they have during the tea time and I said no to Lindt chocolates!
